I did mine while the nuance was out. A/C shops have a condenser cleaner you spray on and hose off. So I'd blow information technology out real good too.

Pull the blower motor out, notice somebody with TINY hands like an 8 year onetime, reach in and get all out that you tin can, if you tin can get a pocket-size piece of i" hose and hook it to a vacuum and reach in and get out what little fleck more than you can, and so launder it out with some A/C curl cleaner. I would make sure NOT to utilize ane that is an acid base of operations equally information technology is near impossible to wash it all out. Others take tried foaming oven cleaner, but information technology can go out a smell.

Mine's coated with the mud, too. I taped a garden hose onto my shop vac hose and put information technology through the opening as well as I could, merely it didn't get much. That stuff gets caked on the fins and sticks pretty well. I didn't use whatsoever chemic cleaners on it for business organisation of making the condition worse or making no gains at all.

I did the aforementioned as above: pulled the fan and did it through the opening. Beginning dry, and so cleaned out the drain pigsty, then used cleaner and kept a shop vac handy. Made a huge deviation. Probably due again his leap. Funny how these trucks desire to be pulled apart every few years and loved on.

Hey chefmike where is the bleed hole located? I didn´t see it. Thanks gus

Information technology comes through the firewall simply beneath the accumulator. it should have a ninety degree rubber elbow on it to forbid water from running dorsum down the tube and inside.

When I had mine apart I thought almost adding a cabin filter. Never did, but it should help the mud from forming so fast.

I can't find the bleed hole. Do I take to remove the radiator resevoir? Or can I get to it from underneath the truck? Oh and is this bleed always open up or is it a valve of some sort? Thank you again k

It'south always open. It is correct under the accumulator on the firewall. Yous should be able to see it through the bike well opening on the passenger side I believe.
